整理并修复跨层字段与业务生命周期模型：

修复教师档案回填、换房床位/柜子、档案聚合响应与排课备注
清理校区/部门、学生 classId、押金内联分期和退款审批残留
完善钉钉配置运行时 DTO 与手动同步配置
保留班级学生离班历史并清理孤立 enrollmentId
统一教室/租赁状态模型与运行时 DTO 校验
删除宿舍性别字段及混住约束

验证：

npm run typecheck
npm run build
npm run test -w apps/server -- --runInBand
63 suites passed；463 tests passed，3 skipped
