包含 PR #2 的全部修改，并补充钉钉 token 缓存测试桩，使完整服务端测试恢复通过。

验证：

npm run typecheck
npm run build
npm run test -w apps/server -- --runInBand（46 suites，429 passed，3 skipped）

由于 PR #2 的源分支未开启 maintainer edits，本 PR 作为其已验证的替代版本。
