事务化钉钉学生同步与班级导入，显式传播上游失败，拆分学生/考勤同步状态，并增加数据库租约、严格参数校验和边界回归测试。验证：43 个相关测试通过，服务端与管理端构建、类型检查通过，接口冒烟验证通过。
