在不使用生产个人数据或生产密钥的前提下，如何准备一个可重复的 Pilot 租户、至少两个测试学生和必要的测试账号，使真实登录、租户隔离、所有权和回滚验收可以执行？请记录租户状态、域名/租户解析配置、账号创建方式、数据清理边界、凭据存放位置和安全交接方式。
